'Roads to Judah' was recorded over a 4 day span, December '10 - January '11. Released in a digisleeve, no booklet.

"Roads To Judah" is the debut full-length album by Deafheaven, released in CD format through Deathwish. This groundbreaking record blends elements of black metal, shoegaze, and post-rock to create a unique and emotionally charged soundscape. The four tracks on the album take listeners on an intense journey through themes of longing, despair, and hope. Deafheaven has become renowned for their innovative approach to heavy music, with "Roads To Judah" laying the foundation for their future critical successes such as "Sunbather" and "New Bermuda." Formed in San Francisco in 2010 by George Clarke (vocals) and Kerry McCoy (guitar), Deafheaven quickly gained attention for their genre-defying style and powerful live performances.
