"Twoism" is a seminal LP by the Scottish electronic duo Boards Of Canada, released under the renowned label Warp. Originally self-released in 1995 and later reissued by Warp Records, "Twoism" stands as an early testament to Boards Of Canada's signature sound: lush analog synths, nostalgic melodies, and intricate beats that evoke both warmth and mystery. The album's atmospheric textures have made it a cult favorite among fans of ambient and IDM music. Boards Of Canada?comprised of brothers Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin?are celebrated for their influential albums such as "Music Has the Right to Children" and "Geogaddi," which have garnered critical acclaim worldwide for their innovative approach to electronic music. Warp Records is one of the most respected independent labels in electronic music history. Founded in Sheffield in 1989, Warp has been home to groundbreaking artists like Aphex Twin, Autechre, Squarepusher, and Flying Lotus.
