Track 7 is a parody of the hymn "Revive Us Again" by William P. MacKay, it was not written by Rodgers & Hart. The lyric writer is unconfirmed, but this song was sung by IWW union protestors in the early years of the 20th century, predating Rodgers & Hart's partnership by a few decades.
