描述：Ju-Jitsu is a Japanese martial art collectively created during the 17th century. It burst onto the world in the late 19th century by giving birth to three main families: Karate, Judo and Aikido. Bertrand Amoussou, European Champion, three times World Champion and winner of the World Games, gives you, in detail on this DVD, the whole range of techniques that can help make you a great champion. The first part of this program will demonstrate to you the basic techniques of Ju-Jitsu fighting by introducing you to various ways of positioning yourself, to fight ranges, to feet and fist techniques above the waist, to throw techniques and finally to ground techniques. The second part of the DVD helps you to improve your style as Bertrand shows you detailed work on strikes, defense & attack combinations, coordination of movements, and also the connection between standing ground and gaining the control of the situation against any kind of reaction. All these techniques are presented several times and with various view angles so that you miss no details, with a comprehensive commentary by Bertrand who explains clearly every situation.
