Packaging: Standard jewel case with a clear tray and an 8-page booklet. (Note: the booklet numbering begins with 1 on what is in fact page 2)
Some copies came with a big yellow hype sticker affixed to the front of the jewel case (see image).

Bob Dylan is credited as writing all songs on the back cover of the booklet, whereas the disc credits Bob Dylan and Jacques Levy where applicable.
