The Andrews Sisters were the most popular female vocal group of the entire pre-1955 era with 90 hits. The sisters had a career spanning four decade with their songs becoming timeless classics. In the 1960s they re-recorded some of their chart successes with a more contemporary arrangement and in stereo.
