Import edition of the New Wave crooner's 1985 solo album debut that's out-of-print in the U.S. 12 tracks including the hit singles, 'Come Back and Stay', 'Love Will Tear US Apart', 'Wherever I Lay My Hat (That's My Home)' (Marvin Gaye) & 'Love of the Common People'.

Some tracks are extended versions compared to the shorter versions on the original LP: Tracks 1, 3, 7, 9 and 12 are the 12" single versions, although the titles are not stated on the release itself. Track 2 is an extended version, but same that appeared on the original LP. Track 6 is an additional track, originally a B-side. Track durations are taken from the disc not the sleeve.
