Packaged in a Digipak with a die-cut front cover and, around the spine, a photo-illustrated black obi that includes notes. Tzadik recalled them, however, gave WOM permission to sell a limited number of copies from its online store: "This item has been RECALLED by Tzadik due to a minor die-cut error in the cardboard sleeve. John Zorn allowed us to take a box & send them out anyway -- could be something of a "collectors item", who knows?" All other pressings since have 'sharp' edged 6-pointed stars die-cut in the front cover. Hidden artwork (three bi-facial square cards) is located behind the CD tray.
