Jana Herzen draws inspiration for her song's from a variety of life experiences ranging from treks with aborigines in outback Australia to encounters with heads-of-state in Paris. A 'groove' musician, Jana plays acoustic and electric guitars, kalimba, 'dub' didjeridu and assorted percussion instruments. She has performed at clubs and events in the US (New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC and Los Angeles) as well as abroad (England, France, Italy, Japan, Zaire, Bali Australia and Ecuador).
