Description:

Negativland's Mark Hosler, with assistance from bandmates and friends, crafts a pop record with a decidedly surreal bent: eccentric, toe-tapping, electronic, folk-pop, noise songs strung together to form a cohesive listen, with themes emerging around meat, feet, pants, milk, cows, trucks, Herb Alpert, Richard Nixon, and even love.

All of the songs on Negativland Presents Thigmotactic were written, composed and performed by Negativland's Mark Hosler, arranged with much help from Thomas Dimuzio and Bob Basanich, and with audio contributions from Byram Abbott, Bob Basanich, Thomas Dimuzio, Pete Edwards, Jon Land, Wobbly, and the rest of Negativland.
