 | Description: | Kill Zone" - known overseas as "Sha Po Lang" is one of the most stunning Hong Kong action films made since the 80's. Working in the noirish style of John Woo, the film is populated with corrupt cops and evil crime lords. Long established martial arts star Donnie Yen plays a policeman assigned to go after a crime boss (Sammo Hung) and bring him down by any means necessary. Unlike Woo's films, the action here is geared to martial arts battles, not gunplay, and the filmmakers set out to one-up OngBak with some incredible fight scenes. Martial arts fans should jump at this, and will happily find that the story is every bit as engaging as the fight sequences. | | Actors: |
