Track 1-19 recorded August 1995. Track 1-20 recorded in concert at Südwestfunk 3, Karlsruhe, Germany, January 24, 1990. Track 2-1 is the introduction to a lecture-demonstration at the University of California, Los Angeles, May 8, 1966. Track 2-2 recorded in New York City Mar 6-11, 1945. Track 2-3 recorded in New York City Mar 2-4, 1945.
