Minus 5 return with their latest self-titled record that is a sweet collection of rock-pop joy. Featuring guest appearances by Wilco, John Wesley Harding, Kelly Hogan, Morgan fisher, Sean Nelson, Colin Meloy and John Moen (of the Decemberists).

Most compositions were recorded at Studio Litho, Seattle. Chapters 5 and 10 were commited at SOMA, Chicago, with Mike Jorgensen as Colonel Knob. Eric Lovre captured 11 and 13 in a living room in Turner Oregon. Additional pontificating and Jesuit-slinging at the Treehouse, the Stringfellow kitchen (Seattle not Paris), Morgan Fisher's Keyboard World (Tokyo), and the Convention Center Econolodge (Portland). All ingredients mixed for consumption at Avast Studio, Seattle. Words and music MacNor Music / BMI / administered by Bug Music 2005 Design for Sir William deSks.
