This version of Cosmic comes as a 1xCD. - Limited two CD edition of this 2009 release celebrating the great Italian DJ featuring a bonus CD that contains a continuous mix of the same tracks included on Disc One. Daniele Baldelli is a legendary DJ who started his career in the 70's in Gabicce, Italy. Baia degli Angeli's was the Italian Studio 54 at that time, and Daniele became a DJ hero through his innovative sets which spread through word of mouth and tapes that his fans would pass amongst each other. Baldelli would play Reggae tracks at 45 rpm and Electronic pop tracks at 33 rpm while mixing the melodic elements of one track with the percussion of another. After Baia degli closed it's doors for good, Baldelli moved onto the Cosmic, another club space age disco where no alcohol was served which meant you were there to dance or to dance! Daniele Baldelli was the only resident DJ and his eclectic musical tastes kept him and his followers loyal to the club for five years until it finally closed down.
