 | Description: | This DVD contains many different exercises for physical preparation using an exercise band (or resistance tube) based on self-defense techniques such as defense against attack with a knife, against hooks, genital kicks, low kicks, strikes from behind etc. You will discover in this second volume a specific warm-up, followed by a circuit training with two rubber bands resuming defense techniques of Krav Maga. The exercises are worked as if you were attacked high and then low or vice versa, with an exercise band for upper body and another one for lower body. You will work on defenses against knife attack followed by a low kick, against a hook followed by a strike to the groin, against an uppercut followed by a mule kick, etc. And finally if you're brave enough, we offer 3 new training workshops. This completely new approach will not only help you improve in your discipline, but also help you strengthen your muscles and your heart. So don't hesitate any longer and practice! Good luck and good training. Languages: English - French - German Spanish; Bonus: Trailers Photo Gallery. | | Director: |
