"Uncle Meat" is a groundbreaking LP by Frank Zappa, released under the Universal label. Originally issued in 1969 with The Mothers of Invention, this album stands as one of Zappa's most ambitious and eclectic works, blending rock, jazz fusion, classical influences, and avant-garde experimentation into a unique sonic tapestry. "Uncle Meat" showcases complex compositions and innovative studio techniques that were ahead of their time. Frank Zappa was an American composer, guitarist, and bandleader known for his prolific output and genre-defying music. Over his career spanning more than three decades, he released over 60 albums both as a solo artist and with The Mothers of Invention. His critical successes include iconic records like "Hot Rats," "Apostrophe (?)," and "Over-Nite Sensation." Universal Music Group is one of the world's leading music companies renowned for its diverse catalogues across genres; it has played a pivotal role in distributing influential artists globally. | | No. of tracks: |
