« Rock » est un album studio énergique du légendaire groupe américain de rock alternatif Violent Femmes, sorti en 2019 au format CD. Depuis leur formation à Milwaukee en 1980, les Violent Femmes se distinguent par une énergie brute et un mélange unique de folk punk et d?alternatif qui a marqué des générations entières avec des titres comme « Blister in the Sun », « Add It Up » ou encore « Gone Daddy Gone ». Avec cet album intitulé « Rock », le groupe poursuit son exploration musicale tout en restant fidèle à son style emblématique. Cooking Vinyl est un label indépendant britannique fondé en 1986 ; il s?est forgé une solide réputation grâce à sa liberté artistique et son soutien aux artistes novateurs dans les univers du rock et de la musique indépendante.
