The Turk Murphy estate continues to provide even more musical treasure with this 23 track collection, featuring seven never before released tracks. These recordings were made in 1953 while Murphy's Jazz Band was in residence at the Italian Villiage in San Francisco. The band at that time consisted of Bob Helm, Wally Rose, Dick Lammi & Bob Short.
