2003 winner of the Premio Gardel (Argentina's equivalent to a Latin Grammy) for Best Rock Group Album. The Latin ska/rock band from Argentina came to be from the ashes of the breakup of the band Sumo following the death of vocalist Luca Prodan. Sumo wasn't forgotten and the band was always asked to play their old songs. In 1991, after meeting producer Gustavo Santaolalla (Caifanes, Julieta Venegas, Amores Perros), Divididos moved to the U.S. to record with him.

Grabado, mezclado y masterizado por el ingeniero Alvaro "Glamour" Villagra en el estudio Del Abasto al pasto. Buenos Aires, Argentina, entre los meses de mayo y julio de 2002. "Guanuqueando" (versión en vivo) fue grabado el El Pucará de Tilcara (Jujuy) en Agosto de 2000, por Jorge Llonch.
