CD2: "The Trumpets of Summer" is a reissue of the 1969 recording manufactured and distributed by Capitol Records. "Taking A Stand" was recorded live at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Dec. 9, 1973. "Synthetic Trios" was recorded live at Eva Clare Hall, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, May 9, 1991,as part of the 45th anniversary festival of the Canadian League of Composers. "Stacey" was recorded live at Walter Hall, University of Toronto, Feb. 1, 1998.
