| Description: | GDM Music presents for the first absolute time on CD the OST by Piero Umiliani for the movie "Colpo gobbo all'italiana" (aka" Getting away with it the Italian Way") directed in 1962 da Lucio Fulci ed interpretato da Mario Carotenuto, Marisa Merlini, Andrea Checchi, Gina Rovere, Gino Bramieri, Aroldo Tieri, Gabriele Antonini, Ombretta Colli, Nino Terzo. Orazio, night security guard, asks for Nando, hardened and respected in the district thief, to help him to find the authors of a theft commit in the bank he keeps under surveillance. All the underworld joins Nando to help Orazio. Piero Umiliani has written a pleasant score where Jazz is protagonist, but also love themes and Twist music. In that time RCA issued a 45 rpm extended play with four tracks among which the amusing songs "La nottola di notte" and "Quello che bolle in pentola" performed by Gianni Meccia. To realize this CD the mono master tapes of the original session have been used, digitally restored and re-mastered, that gave the chance to release the complete OST.Taken from the 1962 movie directed by Lucio Fulci.
Tracks 17 to 20 previously issued in 1962 as EP RCA PME 30-488.
Tracks 1 to 16, 21 previously unreleased.
