Description:
A disc of world-premiere recordings featuring virtuoso works by two largely obscure early-Romantic era Austrian composers. A Csakan, or walking stick recorder, gained a degree of popularity during Vienna's Biedermeier period. Martin Jung, Cordula Schertler and Peer Findeisen together make up the Trio Krahmerata.
Recorded between 20-22 August 2012 at Reiss-Engelhorn-Museen, Mannheim.
