"Famous Monsters" is a celebrated album by the legendary horror punk band Misfits, released in 1999 and available here in CD format. This record showcases the band's signature blend of aggressive punk rock energy with macabre, horror-inspired lyrics and imagery. Standout tracks like "Scream!" and "Saturday Night" highlight their knack for catchy hooks fused with dark themes. The Misfits, formed in 1977, are pioneers of the horror punk genre and have influenced countless bands worldwide with their theatrical style and iconic skull logo. Over decades, they've built a devoted fanbase thanks to classic albums such as "Walk Among Us" and "Earth A.D." The CD is produced by Roadrunner Records, an esteemed label renowned for supporting groundbreaking artists across metal, hard rock, and alternative genres since its founding in 1980.
One of the favorite releases of the incredible Misfits. A truly driving and well-composed album without faint tracks. Michale Graves did just fine.
