Description:	Laut Schulfilm-Kanon des BJF und der Kinder-Jugendfilm Korrespondenz einer der besten Kinderfilme aller Zeiten. Vier Freunde erleben das grose Abenteuer, als sie heimlich mit einem Boot und als Schutz vor dem Klabautermann mit einem Huhn an Bord einen neuen Weg zum Meer, die 'Nord-Ost-Passage' suchen. Als der Grosvater, der auf die Freunde eigentlich aufpassen sollte, ihre Flucht entdeckt, beginnt eine Verfolgungsjagd voller Spannung und Humor, in der die Kinder mit allen Tricks versuchen, ihre Vier Freunde erleben das große Abenteuer, als sie heimlich mit einem Boot und als Schutz vor dem Klabautermann mit einem Huhn an Bord einen neuen Weg zum Meer, die Nord-Ost-Passage suchen.
