This Krav Defense System is based mainly on techniques from Krav Maga, but also incorporates elements from Close Combat and Sambo. During a seizure attempt by one or two attackers, it is important to get out quickly avoiding any throw or takedown. You will learn techniques that will help you keep control and respond efficiently. This DVD offers real private tutoring with realistic, simple, and fast techniques. You will also find a specific warm-up, drills and a stretching session.
