Description:	Kommissar Rizzo (Bud Spencer) alias Plattfuß verfolgt Hinweise, dass ein internationaler Rauschgiftring eine Operationsbasis in Neapel aufbaut. Als er dafür Beweise findet, wird er von Chefinspektor Tabassi suspendiert. Gehört sein Boss zum Kreis der Verdächtigen? Rizzo ermittelt weiter auf eigene Faust und bekommt Unterstützung ausgerechnet von der Camorra. Das Gangstersyndikat will keine kriminelle Konkurrenz in Neapel dulden. Rizzo versucht den Großdealern eine Falle zu stellen - und trifft auf Tabassi, der ihn festnehmen lassen will; allerdings ohne die Rechnung mit Buddys Fäusten gemacht zu haben. Schließlich trifft Rizzo den Gangsterboss, um den Stoff zum Schein zu übergeben - und wieder taucht sein eigener Boss auf!
