Glimmer is Andi Almqvist's 3rd album on the label Rootsy. Inspired by the raw energy of the Pixies and Nirvana and the poetry of Nick Cave, Tom Waits and Bob Dylan he has created his own musical identity. "Glimmer" is produced by Andi Almqvist and Carl Granberg. Together they have created a remarkable soundscape, that awakes the listener's curiosity and explorer's delight. "Glimmer" was recorded early in 2009 at House on the Hill in Sweden with brilliant musicians like: Bebe Risenfors (Bebe has previously played with Elvis Costello and Tom Waits among others), Pelle Ossler (guitar genius), Sara Jefta (violin-player extraordinaire) and Conny Stade (solid drummer). Includes 13 New Songs.
