Has a four page booklet. Back of the booklet and inner tray art are blank. A new essay is included on the inside of the booklet, which claims the original release date was Feb 12th 1992. R&S Records (the owner of Apollo records) claims an original release date of Nov 9th 1992 on their bandcamp site.
