As soon as you hear the opening riff to the Jimmy Castor Bunch's 'It's Just Begun' you know you are in for one hell of a funky ride; often sampled but never bettered! Robinsongs have packaged the IT'S JUST BEGUN album with the band's second album PHASE TWO to give you that fantastic Funk experience. This package features the million selling single 'Troglodyte (Cave Man)' an absolute phenomenon of it's time, and the PHASE TWO album features 'Say Leroy (The Creature from the Black Lagoon Is Your Father)' which was very much in the same vein as 'Troglodyte.' Both albums were originally released in 1972 and IT'S JUST BEGUN reached the Top 30 on the Billboard Pop Charts.Tracks 11 to 19 recorded at RCA Studios, New York City.
