In the Colonnades was a Swedish quintet with roots in punk and early 70's metal. They played a massive form of westernized uncompromised rock. Together they were to ignite the Swedish rock scene for years. Their music leaves no-one passive. The record is a cynical, noisy wall of sound, punctuated by brash drums, repetitive guitar and deep, deep vocals. It's powerful, unleashed and totally devastating. A monster with sharp teeth. Let it see you through the darkest hour.
