Debut 2002 full length CD from this 23 year old promising Irish singer/songwriter. She has a lazy southern drawl and a collection of songs that read like a personal diary. Produced by Mercury Rev & Flaming Lips producer, Dave Fridmann, Hayes's emotions pour through. She cites her influences as Nick Drake, Mogwai, Deus, the Frames & the Blue Nile. "Excellent Debut*" says UK mag Uncut. This version has 4 songs not on the USA version; 'Day One','Over & Over','What a Day' & 'Night on My Side' plus different artwork as well.
