Die Tracks sind minimalistisch und kombinieren warme Drones und treibende Klänge mit gelegentlichen spärlichen Rhythmen. Die Inspiration für das Album kam, nachdem die Band den Auftrag erhielt, mit einem Klangtherapeuten der British Academy of Sound Therapy zusammenzuarbeiten und ein Stück Entspannungsmusik zu schreiben, das erste Stück "Weightless". Bei einem wissenschaftlichen Test auf seine Wirksamkeit berichteten die Wissenschaftler, dass die Musik die Herzfrequenz verlangsamt, den Blutdruck senkt und den Cortisolspiegel verringert, ein Steroidhormon, das als Reaktion auf Stress ausgeschüttet wird. Als die Forschungsergebnisse veröffentlicht wurden, gab es ein sofortiges und heftiges Medienecho, das bis zum heutigen Tag anhält. - Packaged in a four panel digipak:
