After an 8 year hiatus Mark Elf Returns with this outstanding recording. This album was supposed to be released in 2013 but Mother nature (Super Storm Sandy)had other plans. After the flooding of his home he picked up the pieces and forged ahead with this project. This album has lots of heart and soul with 7 original compositions and 3 standards done to a tee! Two of the originals on this disc Mark wrote for his Baritone Guitar. Guest percussionist Steven Kroon is featured on one track to round out the extraordinary lineup of sidemen.
