Additional Recording by Greg Norman on January 11th 2011 in Chicago, USA and Jeb Bishop Trombone on track 1. ??? Comes with color-printed insert depicting reproductions of two 3D-lithographs made by Rob Mazurek in March 2013 at URDLA. When ordered at Rogueart's website, anaglyph 3D glasses are included. Comes in an 8-panel double CD digipak with notes in English printed on inner panels. Made in France.
