Description:In einem Dorf irgendwo im tiefsten Bayern steht die Kneipe
Zum Stanglwirt. Hier treffen sich die Männer des Dorfes
regelmäßig, um bei einem Bier mit dem Wirt Peter Stangl
(Peter Steiner) über Gott und die Welt und vor allem ihre
Frauen zu diskutieren. An die Wirtschaft angeschlossen ist
die hauseigene Metzgerei, wo sich die Damen des Dorfes
gerne bei Erna, der Frau des Stanglwirts, zum Tratschen
treffen. Die privaten Probleme der Großfamilie Stangl
beschäftigen oft die ganze Gemeinde, da jeder jeden kennt
und meist alle vom Briefträger bis zum Pfarrer irgendwie
involviert sind.
