Description:Trip in the Country was the funkier and fuzzier second album from Area Code 615 (a conglomerate of Nashville's finest session men, including Wayne Moss, Mac Guyden, and Kenneth Buttrey), originally released on Polydor in 1970. It includes the out-of-this-world country rock/garage psych hybrid "Gray Suit Men" and the classic theme from the Old Grey Whistle Test ("Stone Fox Chase") as well as some unique diversions into acid rock, funk, and easy listening.
Recorded at Cinderella Sound Studio, Madison, Tennessee Please note that the back insert omits track 6 'Gray Suit Men' in error.
