With her squeaky clean image wiped away by her 1984 hit, 'Sugar Walls', Sheena was able to continue her transformation into a sultry R&B sex kitten on the Lover in Me, gaining a whole new audience. The album has a slightly harder urban edge than anything she had recorded up to this point, but still retains melody and charm. You can take the girl away from her Scottish roots, but you can't take the Scottish roots away from the girl! Includes '101' and 'Cool Love' (written by Prince) plus four bonus tracks featuring 'The Lover in Me' (Extended Version) and 'Days Like This' (7" Version). Cherry Pop.
