Objection Overruled

This is a bit of an underrated classic, one which Udo called 'a very good Accept album'. And Wolf Hoffmann's influence on this album is massive as he contributes all guitars (rhythm and lead) and his lead work through the record is impressive.

The album is a return. Everyone would make such renions! I would like to talk about innovations - these are somewhat uncharacteristic songs for the group, such as the pompous “All Or Nothing”, the instrumental number “Just Be My Own”, which shows not just a professional technique, but really beautiful and elegant melody, the lack of vocals only heightens the atmosphere and gives the track a few extra points, it’s impossible not to single out the hit of all times and peoples “I don’t wanna be like you” - another element in addition to hits like “Russian Roulete”, “Metal Heart” and “Balls To The Wall” . I really liked the bottom hole title “Objection Overruled” with something vaguely reminiscent of the rock and roll moments of the masterpiece album “Breaker”, just a great ballad “Amamos LaVida”, in which everything looks beautiful starting from the solo part and ending with Dirkschneider’s sad vocal with sensual choral refrain (PS: this type of refrain will reign supremely on all Udo solo albums), also a good “Slaves To Metal” featuring a very militant refrain. The disk is integral, absolutely not tedious compared to other creations of the group, often suffering from boredom and dead monotony, each composition is something interesting and original. Unfortunately, this disc was the last classic work of the team and the following two unsuccessful studio longplays did not add respect to the gang and did not become a discovery for the younger generation, so it was at this stage in his work that Accept died for me. I advise the work of all heavy metallers, especially sensitive to purebred German metal.
