Sjalv by Omheten, released 16 April 2015, includes the following tracks: "StÃ¤ng Av Mig", "SjÃ¤lvmedicineringens Experter" and more. This version of Sjalv comes as a 1xCD. -

2015 release by this Swedish DSBM band. Omheten consists of well-known musicians from the Swedish extreme metal scene who prefer to be anonymous in order not to their other bands shall overshadow Ömheten. Their debut album Själv (Alone) was recorded in Misfortune Recorders and consists of six depressive hymns with titles like "Apati, är du min älskling?" (Apathy, are you my dear?), "Evig semester från mig själv" (Eternal vacation from myself), etc. Next to the anguished songs, the vocalist adds his mental unpleasant and make the atmosphere more dark and scary. This is beginning on a new era of Swedish Depressive Suicidal Black Metal!
