Prinzenbad entwickelt den Mikrokosmos einer Gesellschaft, die von männlichem Machtgehabe, Geschäftemacherei und Korruption, Liebe und Eros dominiert ist. Beide Filme unterlaufen gängige Dramaturgien und verdichten Szenen, Episoden und Geschichten zu einem grotesken Reigen vom Untergang der bürgerlichen Welt.
