This is the first record I've heard from this band (basically a Godspeed You! Black Emperor spinoff). It is really good and definitely recommended for GYBE fans.

The debut Silver Mt. Zion album is a post-rock classic and they produce an album which sounds like it was recovered from the wreckage of a dead and burned-out planet. A haunting, stripped-down emotional trip, and a post-rock classic.
