Art Farmer and Jim Hall had a regular group for a time in the 60s but (except for one occasion) had not played together since, until this 1978 LP. Since Farmer and Hall have very complementary styles, it is little surprise that this set is a complete success. Now this classic record gets ORG Music's audiophile treatment with this 180 gram double LP 45 RPM reissue, mastered from original tapes by Bernie Grundman and pressed at Pallas in Germany. Each copy of this limited edition release is individually numbered with a gold-foil stamp on the back of the case-wrapped Stoughton gatefold jacket.
Recorded at Electric Lady Studios, February 1978.
45rpm / 2LP Set.
Limited, numbered edition of 1,500 copies.
Remastered from original analog tapes by Bernie Grundman.
Pressed on audiophile-grade 180gram vinyl at Pallas Group.
Housed in a Stoughton case-wrapped gatefold jacket.
