Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing of this classic album from the influential band who single-handidly pioneered Americana, roots rock, country rock and heartland rock. The Band essentially went back to being the Hawks of the late '50s and early '60s on this album of cover tunes. They demonstrated considerable expertise on their versions of rock 'n' roll and R&B standards by Allan Toussaint, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, Leiber & Stoller, Sam Cooke and more. Includes 'Share Your Love (With Me)', 'A Change Is Gonna Come', 'Ain't Got No Home', 'Third Man Theme', 'The Great Pretender', 'Holy Cow', 'Mystery Train', 'Saved' and 'I'm Ready'.
