00 VOID, the second album recorded by sunn 0))), was originally released in 2000 and has been out of print for approximately 8 years now. The record has now come back home to it's proper resting place, via Southern Lord, featuring beautiful artwork from Stephen Kasner.

Includes 2 CDs identical to [url=http://www.discogs.com/Sunn-O-%C3%98%C3%98-Void/release/1236790]the Japanese 2008 re-release[/url]. Southern Lord website says limited to 1000 copies, the number printed on the sticker is the copy number. Disc one: Recorded at Grandmaster Studio/Hollywood January 2000. Original cover art: Everything & Nothing. Thanks to everyone involved in this documentation and to Aaron Turner, Lee Dorrian, Tadashi Hamada, Steve Pittis & Stephen Kasner. A challenging album. Instead of songs, Sunn creates what could be called "sonic landscapes" of desolation and eerieness.
