American Stars 'n Bars is the eighth studio album by Canadian musician Neil Young, released on Reprise Records in 1977. Compiled from recording sessions scattered over a 29-month period, it includes "Like a Hurricane," one of Young's best-known songs. It peaked at #21 on the Billboard 200, and has been certified a gold record by the RIAA. Only four studio albums have rock icon Neil Young have never been released on CD, even though each was a Top 30 hit, two of them gold certified. Now Amerian Stars 'N Bars, On The Beach, Hawks & Doves and reactor not only finally make their digitally remasterd CD debuts but return to the shelves in any format for the first time in many years. As one of music's most influential and enduring singer-songwriters continues to record and tour, all of his albums are now on CD Hey Babe Will to Love Homegrown Like a Hurricane Hold Back the Tears.
