WINDIRâ??s third record 1184 (2001) marked a stylistic change from its predecessor. While the album is still very much rooted in black metal and heavily breathes atmosphere, Valfar and co-songwriter Hvall stared experimenting with electronic influences. Due to this, the album provoked mixed reactions upon its release. Now, 20 years after the original release date, 1184 is seen as the album that pushed WINDIR to new creative heights and regarded by many fans as their absolute best. - MELODIC BLACK METAL

This 1st CD press has the best quality booklet and back insert, all reissues are of lower quality and some have pages with one side being inverted. Special guest appearance by Cosmocrator. Valfar would like to dedicate this album to himself. Recorded and mixed in Akkerhaugen studio during June/July 2001. On disc: Copyright 2001 Head Not Found On back cover: © 2001 Head Not Found. Catalogue numbers: "HNF051" is printed on the left spine and on the disc, "HNF 051" is printed on the right spine. Comes with a 12-page booklet. The title of track 8 is spelled as "My Journey To The End" in the booklet.
