Description:Da sitzt sie nun und alles hätte so schön werden können: Vicky, frisch befördert zur Kommissariatsleiterin des Dezernats 12 von der Kölner Kripo, will im neuen Job so richtig durchstarten. Doch das dürfte schwer werden - ohne Personal. Auf ihrem Schreibtisch stapelt sich die Arbeit, einziger Mitarbeiter in ihrer Abteilung ist der Jungspunt Hui Ko, den sie erst anlernen muss. Als sie Polizeipräsident Plocher zum x-ten Mal mit ihrem Personalproblem auf die Nerven geht, traut sie ihren Ohren nicht:

natürlich von der jungen karrierebewussten Vicky nichts
