UMC and Island are reissuing Amy Winehouse At The BBC, originally released as a box set in 2012, and now available as a 3LP and 3CD. As the original product was predominantly a DVD release, this will be the first time that the two discs â??A Tribute To Amy Winehouse by Jools Hollandâ?? and â??BBC One Sessions Live at Porchester Hallâ?? are available as audio-only and so a high proportion of the tracks will be new to DSPs, plus it is the first time the tracks are available on vinyl. The set features tracks from Later with Jools across the years, notably Amyâ??s first performance on the show in 2003 with â??Stronger Than Meâ??, as well as two performances from the Mercury Prize â?? Take The Box in 2004 and Love Is A Losing Game in 2007. This 2-disc set includes an audio CD of a 14-song selection dating from 2004-2009. The DVD, THE DAY SHE CAME TO DINGLE, is a short film featuring a fascinating interview with the artist intercut with Amy, at the height of her powers, delivering an electrifying 20 minute live performance recorded in December 2006 in a tiny church. This new collection will prove, once more, a fitting tribute to her peerless artistry, phenomenal talent and extraordinary powers as a songwriter, a singer and an interpreter of classics.
