Description:Look Mom No Head by Cramps, released 28 October 2014. This version of Look Mom No Head comes as a 1xCD. - .. HEAD! =W/BONUSTRACK=
Reissue of this album from the mutant primal Rock 'n' Roll dynamos. LOOK MOM NO HEAD! Dresses rock 'n' roll in it's full regalia, with it's many knobs, buttons and doo-dads. Man! The electric guitar sounds like it might launch a rocket! Replete with celebrations of intoxication and sexual prowess, The Cramps' 1991 album sports 'Dames, Booze, Chains and Boots' from the movie Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, a torchy rendition of Jack Nitzsche's slow-fuck blues 'Hardworkin' Man' and the cross-dressing classic 'I Wanna Get in Your Pants.' Minutes after Lux Interior ran into Iggy Pop buying beer next door to the recording studio, the two ended up singing 'Miniskirt Blues' together. On the epic final track, biker rock 'n' roll meets Screaming Mimi in B-movie trailer hell in 'Wilder Wilder Faster Faster.' Stand back for CD bonus cut 'Jelly Roll Rock' as Lux emits a fine spray throughout the entire vocal performance. Up your alley and in your face.
LP replica gatefold cardboard sleeve, mini-album packaging. Tracks 13 and 14 are not listed on the back cover. Remastered in 2001 by David Cheppa at Better Quality Sound. Tracks 7, 10 and 13 also released as [r444732] Track 14 originally released on [m742962]
