Description:’The Crusade’ is the third album by Heavy Metal band Trivium. The album was produced by Jason Suecof and mixed by Colin Richardson. Music videos for ’Entrance of the Conflagration’, ‘Anthem (We Are the Fire)’, ‘The Rising’, ‘To the Rats’, and ’Becoming the Dragon’ were produced and released. Includes 4 page insert. Trivium was named the best live band of 2006 at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards. -
THE CRUSADE is the third album by thrash metal band Trivium. Singer Matt Heavy uses a low singing voice similar to that of Metallica's James Hetfield, and the Metalcore scream that dominated the band's first two albums is rarely heard on THE CRUSADE.
Released in a regular jewel case with clear tray and a 16-page booklet including lyrics. Some copies were released with a hype sticker on front of jewel case. ? &? 2006 The All Blacks B.V.

After the release of Ascendancy, apparently not enough time passed, instead of finalizing their own style, the band sounded like Linkin Park, which is trying to make a cover version of Metallica. Absurdity!

Trivium,..Melodic Thrash-Metal trifft Heavy-Metal. Eine sehr interessante Mischung meiner Meinung nach, räudige Gitarren wechseln sich mit "Clear"-Gitarren ab, mal geht es schnell zur Sache, mal genügsamer. Ideal wenn man mal nicht mehr weiß was man hören soll,..oder auch in jeder anderen Situation.
